Welcome to Mathews Web Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the digital storefront hosting services we provide. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

Mathews Web Services provides managed web hosting, domain registration, and access to a digital dashboard allowing business owners to manage their online display storefronts. We do not provide built-in appointment scheduling, booking systems, or consumer payment processing.

2. Domain Registration & Ownership

As part of our setup process, we register a custom domain on behalf of the client. The terms of this registration are as follows:

• The initial setup fee covers the purchase and registration of the domain for the first year.
• Mathews Web Services will manage the DNS records and renewals while your subscription is active.
• You retain ultimate ownership of your domain name. If you choose to cancel your subscription, we will release and transfer the domain to your personal registrar account at no extra charge, provided your account balance is paid in full.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

Our hosting services are billed to the business owner on a recurring monthly subscription basis.

• Payments are automatically processed securely via Stripe.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If an account remains unpaid for more than 14 days, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the storefront until the balance is cleared.
• All setup fees and monthly payments are non-refundable.

4. Third-Party Booking Links & External Services

Our storefronts are designed to route your customers to external third-party booking platforms (e.g., Booksy, Vagaro, Square). Mathews Web Services acts strictly as a referrer to these services.

• We are not affiliated with, nor do we control the uptime, functionality, or data practices of any third-party platform.
• Mathews Web Services holds no liability for lost revenue, missed appointments, or system crashes originating from your chosen third-party booking or payment provider.

5. Client Content & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the text, prices, and images you upload to your digital storefront via your dashboard.

• You represent and warrant that you own or have the proper licenses to use any images or logos you upload to the gallery or homepage.
• Mathews Web Services is not liable for any copyright infringement claims arising from images or text uploaded by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we pride ourselves on utilizing world-class cloud infrastructure, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime. Mathews Web Services shall not be held liable for any loss of revenue or business interruptions resulting from temporary website downtime, server outages, or DNS propagation delays.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. To cancel, please contact us directly. Upon cancellation, your monthly billing will stop immediately, and your website will be taken offline at the end of your current billing cycle.
